SYD-HND-SYD on 787-9 aircraft. Crew were very pleasant. Hard product is satisfactory but nothing overly special. Food & beverage again is satisfactory but much better out there. A good deal via f/flyer points. Wouldn’t pay full fare to fly them.
HND-CTS-HND on 777 & A350. Crew again pleasant. First sector was an expected business class flat seat. The A350 business class coming back was more like premium economy (94 seats). Service was non-existent on either sector. Offered a cup of water/juice but nil food/snacks & nil alcohol.
