    My first question is:
    Why a air hostess or ground attendent never turned out to be helpful?? When they are supposed to help passengers!!!!

    The saddest moment happened with my family on 10-Apr 2014, after taking LKO-MUM-GOA flight then returning back GOA-DEL no one asked me anywhere photo ID of my wife’s or kids’ or infant’s, and we travelled on just my alone ID, now, all the rules and regulation are just for Delhi when we came to terminal 1D to take flight DEL-VARANASI. The security personnel did not allow us to enter and told to get my ticket stamped from the airlines. The so called beautiful lady sitting on the counter refused to stamp and taught me my ticket about carrying all passengers ID’s….. So where you been man when I was flying other cities on just one ID…… I requested again and again but she had just NO and NO for me.

    So it’s like all the rules are just for Delhi???? And since I was not carrying my wife’s or kids’ ID means I’m carrying any bomb or what???? And if your ground staff is so strict following rules, why they allowed me in LKO and in GOA???

    Anyway, your staff did not help but I managed to get entered the airport and we all flew on just one ID, what did you do then?? No, you couldn’t stop me but one thing I came to you that your Delhi staff is so non co-operative Now, get arrested me because I and my whole family flew on just one ID from SO CALLED HIGH SENSITIVE DELHI ZONE because of negligence of airlines’ stupid staff.

    I learn a lesson to carry everyone’s ID while travelling and avoid Indigo just because of non co-operative behaviour.
