    I have come across this type of stealing and fraud for the first time only in india.

    The airlines, especially indigo are engaged on a large scale in forcing passengers to miss their flight and sending them to the counter in the front to pay an extra accommodation fee(which is more expensive than the flight amount, which is already high).

    Charging an indian with over$150 one way, which I wouldn’t have paid from VA to NY on a busy day and bouncing them across counters till they miss the flight and challenging them saying they can’t go anywhere until they pay another$150. Most of these people live far away from where they have to reach and end up paying this fee in the last minute when bullied by the indigo bullies.

    Other things among their vast services are abusive language, treating customers like they are worthless, telling them that they don’t have money for rebooking, comparing them among indian population and telling them that if they don’t pay up, someone else will!

    I have complained against them several times, with no response. The manager there whose name starts with “John”, a bald 5’11” brown male with south indian accent is the most indecent among all.
