Robbery by the gate!! When HK Airlines sold the ticket, they said one luggage is included and also free carry on. But when you booked the seat at the counter, they ask for luggage fees. From Shanghai to Hong Kong charging RMB 5000!! (almost over $700 US dollars for two luggage) It’s too late to go back to ticket agent to verify. If you don’t pay up, they will be “happily dump the luggage for you”. This is like asking for your checking account info in the middle of your operations when you are helpless. THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING AIRLINES EVER!! DO NOT FLY THEM EVER!
