    I flew on the 21.45 PM flight from Bombay to Bangalore on Oct 1st 2014. This was officially the worst domestic flight experience I have ever had. Firstly, I rushed to the airport thinking I would miss my flight. I got to the airport to find out that my flight was 2 hours late ( I find this out at the checkin counter while all the others on the flight were still waiting in line). After checking in I get the text message telling me that my flight is delayed at 9 40 PM for a flight that was expected to take off at 9 45PM, thanks a lot idiots! They said they were experiencing technical issues ( when indigo had the same technical issues they sent me a text message 3 hours before scheduled takeoff so I left later). At 11 45 PM we walked towards the gate to find not a single Go air employee there. After waiting for half an hour one employee told us there would be a further delay of half an hour ( not announced, communicated between passangers). Now the scheduled time was 12 30 AM. They made us sit at the gate for another half an hour and finally loaded us into the bus at 1 AM. Most of us boarded the flight only to find that the others were still at the gate. After keeping us in the plane for another half an hour and making the other passangers wait in the bus they refunded a measly 10% of the flight ticket to each passanger. By the time we took off it was 2 10 AM and we reached bangalore at around 3 40AM. This was a 4.5 hour delay! Such an incompitant airline should have its liscences revoked. Im not flying Go air again unless I need to. Other airlines have technical issues as well but this was handled in a highly incompetant manner. No frills no brains indeed.
