I was very dissapointed with frontier, yes they are cheap but thats because you get almost nothing in return. For example the space is so tiny if you arent careful u can hurt your self getting in your seat and i cant even compare the amount of padding on the seat to others because its almost non existant. The charges for baggage is rediculous and the customer service is horrible. Will never fly this airline or recomend to anyone. ( note to editor you have gone out of your way to defend this airline to the point it looks susicious)
EDITORS COMMENT: It’s a low cost airline therefore they do charge for everything but they offer a lower starting fee so you can, if you want fly for a very minimal cost and they aren’t comfortable. With regards to your comment about defending them, you will see we defend most low cost carriers because a lot of people ( and we aren’t saying you) but a lot expect a full service airline experience for the low cost fare and this just isn’t acceptable and gives low cost carriers, who have opened up flying to everyone, a bad name. We review many airlines and do the booking process ourselves so we can see how clearly extra charges are displayed, therefore, when people complain we think why as it’s right there for them to see them themselves. Passengers can then decide if it is indeed cheaper than the other airlines offering all inclusive fares and decide who to book with.
