    This is my first time to use Frontier Airlines and some parts were pleasant and some were not. I would recommend that they would give their passengers a free checked-in luggage and then charge them for their carry-on. Charging them both the luggage and carry-on don’t seem to be fair for the passengers. In flight, we were also charge with our snack and they were not cheap. I would say Frontier was more on charging and less of service. The last thing was they lost our luggage and the fact that we’re being charged they should somehow be efficient in their service because we paid for it. The flight was on time though and the cabin crews were nice.

    EDITORS COMMENT: They are a low cost carrier so fares are un bundled meaning if you don’t want to eat, drink or take checked luggage then you get a cheaper fare. If you want these luxuries you pay extra.
    Luggage should be handed with the same care no matter what because even when you don’t actually pay an additional fee for checked luggage on a full service carrier you have actually already paid for it in your full price ticket.
