    The last experience on Frontier was just plain awful. There is no other way to put it.
    1. Flight was delayed due to aircraft maintenance
    2. Non-reclining, unpadded, ncomfortable seats that do NOT recline on a 5hour coast to coast flight. Are you kidding me. No way to take a nap here. Which was needed due to reason 3.
    3. No wifi, no entertainment. On a 5 hour flight.
    4. Expensive. Paid 140 dollars more to take Frontier then another airline because it left 90 mins later. Bad choice on my part.
    5. Bag fees. They charge 40 dollars for a carry on bag. That is ridiculous. 50 dollars for a carry on. Insane
    6. They charge for every drink. Soda, water, you name it. Horrible
    7. They literally charge extra at the check in kiosk for every single seat on the plane. That’s right! They charge you 16 dollars for the cheapest seat. So to sit next to your spouse, that will be an extra 32 backs please.

    CEO and execs of this company should be fired immediately before the company goes under.
    No one is willing to pay the premium prices for this budget P.O.S airline with all the most ridiculous hidden fees.
    Do yourself a favor and fly Southwest or another airline.

    EDITORS COMMENT: Thanks for your review that will hopefully alert others to the cost of add on fees encountered if passengers don’t do the right thing and pre-book baggage and seats etc at the time of booking. The airline is low cost – they are allowed to charge for all these things and that’s why it’s cheaper than probably all the others at that same time slot across the country. It’s also important to add on all these fees before actually paying to ensure that that the flight is still the best deal.
