We knew about the ridiculous fees concerning luggage up front, so we were ready for that. We just packed accordingly. However, we were not prepared for the rude flight attendants, rude ticket counter personnel, unbelievably uncomfortable seating, and the overall miserable attitudes of everyone on board. It was very clear that the passengers were having a very bad experience with Frontier Airlines, including us. On our return trip, an off-duty Frontier flight attendant wore his credentials around his neck, out of uniform, and was being disrespectful to paying passengers during the boarding process. He also became involved in some type of argument with a passenger during the flight. Extremely unprofessional behavior. The most important complaint we have is the number of seats on the aircraft. The seats are much too close together. Of course, the seating was very close to unbearable as far as comfort is concerned. The huge problem we noted was the overall unsafe conditions created by cramming that many people in an aircraft. There is no way the aircraft we were flying in could be evacuated safely in an emergency. It was the worst experience we have had on any airline….. ever.
