    Four hour delay the airline failed to inform us about until our aircraft was scheduled to take off. They kept information from us that even an hour after our flight was to depart, it hadn’t even departed its previous destination. No apology, nothing. Had they not failed to inform us I could have gotten to my destination via another flight. Now I have to work a 10 hour shift only four hours after landing. Not acceptable!
