    Well where do I start. I guess at the beginning, my Mother passed away so my daughter was going to fly in for her services. She was going to fly out of Phoenix to Milwaukee. Her flight was due to leave at 530am so she arrived 45 minutes before her flight. She had to get directions to the correct terminal. She thank arrived at the ticket counter 35 minutes before her flight was due to depart. The ticket taker informed my Daughter she was too late to board the flight as it is stated in her contract she must arrive 45 minutes early. She requested to speak to a supervisor to try and correct the situation. Well needless to say after mt Daughter begged her to let her catch the flight for her only Grandmothers funeral to told my daughter that wasent her problem and they would not let her board. I nor my family will NEVER give this company any of our business again. Thanks for nothing Frontier. They wouldn’t even give her an alternate flight.

    EDITORS COMMENT: No airline would let you on this late unless the flight was delayed. All the numbers for fuel, takeoff speed etc etc have already been worked out and no passengers with or without luggage will be let on by any airline half an hour beofre.
