Frontier Airlines review by Brian 2016-03-04

After a lifetime of flying, I have just thankfully got of absolutely the worst, most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced.
Frontier airlines Airbus A319 has seats with about a quarter of an inch of padding on them, but worst of all the seats do not recline at all.
While that may be acceptable on a shuttle flight or a short distance flight of maybe 1 to 2 hours, Frontier airlines management in their wisdom decided to put the plane on the Miami to Vegas route. The outbound flight was bad enough, but the return red eye flight left just before midnight, a time when passengers can reasonably expect to get a few hours sleep.
This is unfortunately virtually impossible on this plane. Sitting almost upright with no support for the head, the head drops forward and wakes you up with a jolt. Coupled with the design of the seat that would’ve made it a good torture weapon for the Spanish Inquisition, the result is literally agony. I have never been so uncomfortable on any flight – ever. Luckily I will never have to repeat the experience as I will never, never, never fly frontier airlines or an Airbus A319 again.
