Frontier Airlines review by Bernard 2016-06-04

I will NEVER fly this airline ever again. I read the reviews and still ignorantly booked with Frontier. Arrived to the airport 2 hours early to catch my flight at 9:43a.m., the guest agent stated that theres a delay by 1 HOUR with no explanation! Then after realizing im going to miss a VERY important event due to this delay, I overhear the agent staing that theyre going to have to “turndown” 6 passengers due to the airline overbooking…what?!?!? I’m furious at this point thinking they better not even consider turning me away. Then the update on the flight has us delayed and additional 15 minutes. So instead of arriving at 4:43p.m., it’ll now be 5:55p.m.!!!!! Never…EVER again!
