The last 8 times I have flown with Frontier there has not been a crew to bring us into the gate. We have sat on the Tarmac from 15 minutes to 1 Hour—I suggest you plan in it if you fly with them. They don’t seem to understand this is needed. Also they will not let us deplane near a gate and walk.
