    Very disappointing booking. Tried booking a multi city itinerary from AMS to TLL/VNO/RIX and back with a stopover in helsinki. Tried everything, different dates, stopover in helsinki on both flights, or one of the two, or to different destinations. Nothing worked. Either we were unable to continue to the next page after selecting our preferred flights, or we got an error and couldn’t continue.
    Tried their helpdesk via internet forms, Facebook or their chat service (which doesn’t work) to be told that I was doing things wrong (even though I told them beforehand that I didn’t do those things, think of them telling me I didn’t select the flights or tried a flight combination that isn’t possible). Tried calling their callcenter, but was connected with a bad line and people not speaking english that well, which brought me nowhere.
    Ended up sending videos of the problems and what I did, just so they would understand that it is an error on their side. Only reply was thank you, but we are unable to book the flight for you. Basically they thanked me for reporting an error on their side by sending me away. I’ve had Ryanair provide me with better help.
    Service was as other airlines
