A340 Singapore -Helsinki and back. Terrible experience. Food was truly awful, I’m not a picky eater but I couldn’t eat even half of it. No snacks offered. Plane was dated, tiny screens, nowhere to put your phone, old hard seats. I got a tiny dirty smelly pillow that was smeared with food, which was exchanged. Staff felt a bit rude compared to other airlines. Will not be flying with them again.
