I read a lot of reviews about Fiji Airways before we left and was worried about taking them for the first time. My husband and I fly to Australia all the time and have experience with many airlines. We used Fiji Airways to Sydney out of LAX on Dec 9. We were very pleasantly surprised by the sincere concern and helpfulness we received from everyone in the airline beginning with Tanya at Tabua Club and Tabua Club customer service on the phone, and continuing to Madhu and her supervisor at the LAX check in. We also enjoyed the pleasant and friendly ladies at the Tabua Club lounge front desk in Nadi and were very happy to be able to take a shower before heading on to Sydney! It was the flexibility and helpfulness of great staff and excellent customer service at every step that made the trip enjoyable. Thank you Fiji Airways!
