Very bad review , at first the staff speaks bad English
From Zagreb to Dusseldorf stewardess Tell me i cant have purse around the neck and jacket with me,that i need to putt it to box which was full with bags, I have documents and money in purse and expensive leder jacket i dont want to put it with full box of hand luggage,the woman was not kind.
Then from Dusseldorf to Hamburg staff come to me and say that i have too big hand luggage and need to pay +50€,they say 40×30 is maximum a have ca 15cm bigger , i have only cash they say no cash just bankcard
Then one man from airplain see that they make me problems all flight time and pay with card i give him 50€ back…
This is last time i fly with this company!!
