Well I will not be flying with ETIHAD again thats for sure. Plane was outdated and cramped, seating was incredibly uncomfortable. Customer service from the cabin crew was a shamble. After getting delayed on the runway for an hour you would think they would hand out water. But no they didnt!! The staff looked tired and miserable and asking them for anything gave you looks like you were burning on fire.
Also travelling with a child no child’s meal was available for my son was made to feel like I was stupid because he didnt like the adult meals. The food was vile anyway. Come on ETIHAD pull your socks up before you loose any more customers!!
