11 May 2014. Appaulling experience with this airline. The nearest thing to crooked that I have encountered. We were harassed by one of their commission based agents into paying for having an extra bag and because we were at the end of the queue were in no place to argue. I am not so concerned about the actual cost as about the principle of being ripped off and will seek redress but I advise any potential customer to think again- the service is poor, the plane basic and the quality low – use a proper airline and pay the extra – you will end up paying the difference anyway but at least it will be for something worth having like service and quality. I will never willingly fly on this airline again and advise others not to either.
EDITORS COMMENT: As per the fine print Easyjet along with most airlines are able to change you for extra baggage – if yo have not pre purchased an extra checked bag you will be charged a very high price at the airport.
