    Delta leaves people and families including DISABLED passengers stranded in foreign cities at night. A four hour delay for a 14.5 hour flight meant many missed connections. Those who connected via a non DELTA airline were told DELTA would not help them find a place to sleep or navigate the process in a foreign country to rebook and the additional costs were no concern of theirs. We missed our connections because DELTAS planes were not maintained sufficiently for the plane to fly when scheduled. They kept passengers sitting in the plane while fixing it for 4 hours! If we missed our connections then DELTA who’s fault was it if its not your care? Shame on you at least i could walk to find a bed what about those in wheelchairs?? Or those without extra money to cover these costs. Your CEO video is at odds with the values you convey on the ground!! Not the first time – i took my family 5 people to US in Dec paid for Delta Comfort + Sons seat wouldnt recline. Flew in Delta in June again with family no working entertainment in seat on long haul to JFK from SA. Thought these were Small one off on plane maintenance seems not!!! Tired of paying so much money for shameful service!
