Copa Airlines review by Elijah 2013-07-09

Flew from Dulles (IAD) direct flight to Panama-
The day of departure we waited on the Tarmac for over an hour in a hot humid aircraft(it took them 30mins to finally get the air on). We were not given an explanation as to why… So needless to say our plane landed late- those who had connections missed their flights and we missed our Taxi pickup window. They also don’t do regular upgrades.. you have to bid for a seat. This is asinine most other airlines allow you to out right Buy the damn upgrade. And If you want to change your flight you lose the upgrade you bid for and they do not give you a refund. The Plane used for this ‘international flight’ was very cramped.. this is unacceptable for ‘international’ flight i was sitting in the exit row eating my knees.. I will never in my life take this Airline again…
