Took this company twice this year, for domestic flights in China. Went from Wuhan to Shanghai in october, then from Wuhan to HK in december. Airplanes were Boeing 737. The seats are quite hard, and there’s not much space for your legs, but I guess this is the same for most airlines nowadays in economy. To HK, although it was only a 2-hour flight, they provided us with pillows and blankets, which I appreciated a lot. The blanket was quite large and long, much better than a 12-hour flight with Air France.
The food was good. If you travel in the morning, they will serve you breakfast. In the afternoon, they serve you a snack. In the evening they will serve you dinner. You can ask for water, sodas, juices, tea or coffee anytime. I felt safe on the plane. There was a 30 minute delay when going to shanghai, no explanation from the staff. 1 hour delay when going to HK because of the heavy fog.
For short flights inside China, I definitely recommend this company.
