Lots of bad ratings but to be honest, they had free food, beer and a ton of movies to watch for free and video games. I watched like 10 movies (new Star Wars, the intern, point break, up) and many more, not outdated. The food wasn’t the greatest thing but good enough, and they would always come around asking if we needed drinks, or if you push the button to get service, they were prompt. English was good enough to get the point across. Paid 1200 less than any other airline and got probably more. Usually you pay for alcohol or meals on flights, but not here! It was pretty legit, had no problems with customer service at all. Everyone was nice and the flight attendants dressed very nice, better than most airlines. My flight was from LAX to Shanghai, and Shanghai to Sydney. I’d use em again.
