Edinburgh to London Heathrow – Check-in was excellent friendly, efficient & very helpful, was taking Qatar Airways out of LHR the following day & now that they are Oneworld members BA were happy to check bags all the way to Dubai even with overnight at LHR.
On the flight, very clean & well presented A321 – plenty room for this short hop, Cabin Crew again very friendly & efficient – same on my return A320, couldnt have been more pleased – Thanks BA
