    The rewards program is deceptive with very few available seats. The website tends to be down 305 of the time I try to book a rewards flight.
    I called customer service to see if they could book it and unfortunately their system was down as well. They asked me to call back in an hour or two. I called back in 45 minutes and the same customer service agent berated me for not waiting the hour that he had stated. I replied so you know when it is coming back up? He replied no I don’t but wait another hour anyway
