American Airlines review by Francesca 2016-06-25

Worst airline ever. I go to New York from Norfolk once a month and I have taken American twice both times my flight has been delayed over an hour and no good reason is given. Plus their will be the exact same time and flight through delta and that flight will be on time. Horrible horrible airline zero stars
