Waiting to board AA 3348 to Chicago from TO. Wow are the staff ever snaky responding to simple questions asked by passengers. What ever happened to the wonderful manners AA staff used to have.! Perhaps we should look to other airlines in the future. Like the delightful Westjet staff nearby!
