    Air Asia AK 62 from Kolkata to Kuala Lumpur on the 27 January 2016.

    Even when entering my name departure city and PNR number the system says my reservation doesn’t exist even when logged on.

    When I went to manage my flight having logged on as myself your system kept asking to select the passenger(s) for which the seat changed was required even though I was the only passenger with that seat. None of the solutions offered by your ‘chat’ person worked. I wasted two hours trying to change my seat with no luck.

    This happened despite trying different browsers. It also happened on my outward leg from Sydney.

    According to the purser on the KL-Sydney flight numerous passengers complain that they cannot change seats via your website. She said on the record in the presence of other passengers.

    Unfortunately the KL-Sydney leg of the flight was no better. Half the meals weren’t available and the toilets were not cleaned during the entire flight
