A319-132, Belgrade to Rome.
Booking was terrible. They don’t accept cards they say they do on their website. When I called costumer service, they asked me my credit card details to book it for me?!? After all, by their mistake I ended up paying ticket 15% more and at the airport I got a ‘sorry’ gift-bag with a t-shirt and a hat with their logo.
The flight itself was late 20 minutes even before take-off. Service was slightly better than in low-cost companies. Never again with AirSerbia.
