Disappointed about experience on brand new Boeing 787 from Singapore to Auckland flight. The seat comfort in Economy is very poor. Seats have little padding, headrest pushes head forward resulting in neck ache, no footrest and for a shorter person this puts pressure on the back of legs which for a long flight is very uncomfortable.
I would not fly on this plane again.
