    The flight, aircraft, ground, cabin and customer service where the worst I have ever experienced. After booking, paying for extra legroom seats, which we got on the way out, we wer refused on the way back. All different excuses. Kept waiting before being allowed to book in for an hour, had to ring our travel agent in England for proof of payment, all to no avail. The food was simply disgusting, the air staff rude and arrogant. After complaining to customer services, we were advised the aircraft had been changed, which was the reason we could not have extra leg room seats, then another letter saying we were too OLD. Yet an elderly man was sitting in the seats we should have been siting in. We were told lies each time. Even apart from that experience, other passengers were complaining about food, how cold it was and the lack of support from the staff.
