Why did I choose Air India?
Was it cheap ? – NO
Was it convenient ? – far from it.
So far all my flights have been delayed by an hour or more.
Was it comfortable ?
I don’t want to sound elitist but u think there is no excuse for broken chairs in a flight.
Was it a smooth flight?
I prayed for my life around five times in two hours.
It’s another thing that we were stuck in the flight for almost half an hour after we landed because of some other issues.
