Pros: Friendly airline staff, plenty of delicious meals & snacks, great entertainment, new aircraft, on time. Just loved the flying experience and ambiance from EWR to Mumbai.
Cons: Mumbai ground staff and extended stop over in Mumbai before next flight to COK. Unforgivable.
