    Where do I start!!!? This is the worst airline I have ever experienced in my life. Travelling from Birmingham to Bangkok via New Delhi. When me and my girlfriend booked this flight months ago I first read the reviews online which wasn’t too good. Majority was bad reviews complaining about delays and rude staff. I thought what are the chances of our flight of that happening to us? How I was so wrong!!
    Check in staff was polite and told us the flight was delayed for 1.5 hours, then after going through security it changed to 2.5 hours delay. When we reached the gate we qued for around 30 minutes, then we was told a doctor had to be called because of a sick passenger already on the plane from the inbound flight, so to go away and get something to eat and drink. So we sat down in Costa with a coffee and paid. Then they announced quickly go back to gate we are boarding. So we left the coffee and ran back (1 minute away) then they said the runway closed at 11pm because of winter repairs. So the airline put us up in a hotel for the night 45 minutes away from the airport. The next morning we was brought back to the airport via coach and was told to collect our baggage (which had to be left on the plane overnight) from security and get back on the coach. 4 hours later we are now on the coach being transferred to Heathrow airport! Which departure time is unknown but most likely be tonight!! We was however given food vouchers for 7.50 to spend in the airport. Which isn’t enough for a decent meal.

    So nearly 24 hours after our original departure time we should be on our way to Delhi and hopefully there’s no more delays at Heathrow airport when we get there.

    Appauling airline! Avoid at all costs! Pay the extra £100 to fly with a better airline TRUST ME!

    I will never use airindia ever again in my life and this review will be going on every review website during my 3 hour coach journey to Heathrow.
