Flew to India from Heathrow December 2015. 4 out of 5 of our consoles werent working and the staff didnt care to rectify. Very poor service both going and coming back. Return flight … Never anyone from stewards/stewardesses available when our flight had to turn back part way through the flight. We later found out …due to a suspected rat in the cockpit …why were we not surprised ! The whole experience was horrific …not to talk of delays etc !!
