    The worst customer service and IT capability I have ever experienced. It seems that if there are no problems or issues this airline is okay (although in flight entertainment is poor), but I was delayed due to bad weather in Bejing and ground staff at LHR were unable (unwilling?!) to provide me with a new boarding pass for my new connecting flight, or check my luggage all the way thought to my final destination! ! A 3 hour wait at LHR just to re-book my connecting flight! This airline is a joke.

    Was left to my own devices at bejing. Had to collect luggage and recheck in. The paper (yes piece of paper! ) that was supposedly my flight ticket, issued at LHR, meant nothing to the ground staff in bejing. This was the most awful and stressful flight experience I have ever had, and I have been regularly flying for 30 years.
