I flew from Los Angeles to Toronto (Pearson). There were no delays, no luggage lost, a normal flight with smooth takeoff and landing. The ground airport crew were sufficient if I ever asked them a question, which hardly any were needed.
The room was average, not cramped, I was personally fine with the space. Drinks that did not have alcohol were included. I am not sure if anything else was because I didn’t ask.
The entertainment had enough options for the flight. There was available shows, movies, and enough to do. I’d advise to still bring your magazines, books, or whatever to fill in your time in case you don’t like what they have. The menus worked well and I did not find any difficulty using it whatsoever.
Most except one crew member was reasonable or great to help everyone out when needed. The one crew member would still help but almost seemed snobbish (but this happens everywhere in the workplaces).
I was comfortable throughout the whole flight. I had no jet lag after the flight was finished. I apologize for not reviewing this sooner.
