    NEVER AGAIN – STICK WITH QANTAS. We (three of us) flew Business Class from Sydney to Vancouver on 28th April 2016. No help from cabin crew even though one of us was 94. The seats had been booked nine months ahead and we were not anywhere near each other. But for a very kind traveller, that is how it would have stayed, cabin crew could care less. No drink offered when we boarded. I have flown Business Class with at least four other airlines and we are ALWAYS given refreshments on boarding. Seat/beds reasonably comfortable. Food on the way over not too bad, on the way back abysmal. Three choices on the menu, steak, curry, pasta – when I asked for the steak I was told, sorry no steak we only had five !!!!!!! I don’t eat curry, and not fond of pasta, but as it was the only choice – dreadful. How can you only cater for five people with steak when you have at least thirty business class passengers. This was the first and it will most definitely be the last time we travel with this airline.
