    My recent experience with Air Canada was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for this airline. Our luggage was not loaded onto the plane, and we have been without our belongings for five days now. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Air Canada for assistance, we have been met with a complete lack of concern and follow-up.

    What is most frustrating about this situation is that our luggage contained vital items such as medication, clothing, and electronic devices that we rely on daily. The fact that Air Canada has not been able to provide us with any information regarding our luggage’s whereabouts is not only unacceptable but also incredibly frustrating.

    Furthermore, we have received no indication that Air Canada is taking this matter seriously. The lack of communication and action on their part is incredibly disappointing, and we will not be flying with this airline again in the future.

    Overall, my experience with Air Canada was one of the worst I have had with any airline. The complete lack of customer service and follow-up is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this airline to anyone.
