tell me how air canada can not have a representative at the airport at all times. It is ridiculous. I arrived today December 28th but god only knows where my luggage is. Every time I approached someone to ask where I would go they would reply, nothing to do with me, I don’t work for Air Canada. Then when you go to an information desk, they informed be that an Air Canada representative is only at the airport from 7:20 am to 9:20 am and then again from 3:50 to 5:50 p.m. So you are pretty much screwed if they lose your luggage, because you have no where to report it. Then when you phone the 1 – 888 number listed on their website, the first thing they ask you is if you reported it lost. Tell me who the hell you are supposed to report it to? This is poor business practice not to mention pitiful customer relations. I wish there was competition with more airlines that are Canadian. Seems like they have a monopoly which could account for them not giving a damn. I can only hope the same thing happens to them.
