    Horrible customer service. Takes an hour waiting on the phone to speak to an agent. In my case, I needed to call in to add an infant (< 2 years old) to our reservation because there is no other option to do this. Also, sending complaints or feedback online falls on deaf ears. Air Canada seriously doesnt know what the meaning of customer service is.
