I almost lost my mind in Frankfort Germany when I have seen 3 people on waiting were given 3 tickets then they told me my name is not on the system. I gave them the ticket . They said my name is not on the system and they considered my ticket Is not a proof. They gave me other ticket for next flight I had to spend the night in frankfort. Until now I can not imagine they did this to me. They gave my seat to people on waiting and had me stay to next day. Do not ever ever trust Air can da . Never . The are the worst company ever exist.
