Aeromexico review by Serena 2016-02-21

Okay. Last week, my family and I took Aeromexico down to cancun from Buffalo, New York, and I DEFINATLY reccomend seeing what type of plane you will be on before entering. The three flights we took down to Mexico were enjoying able, relaxing and had pretty cool tv’s on the back of every seat. This was until the flight back home from cancun to Mexico City. I will never forget this experience. walking on to the aircraft, it looked like it was built in the 1970’s. Old seats, VERY small, and seemed a little sketchy. As we started taking off, the pilot slammed on her breaks, causing our 3 seats to shift out of its place. We started taking off, and as we did, our seats tilted back and kept going until the people behind us had to keep us from crushing them until we arrived safely in the air. Our entire seat detached from its hinges. It was the scariest thing I have ever encountered, and the flight attendant didn’t even let us move seats! She said we will be okay, when clearly the seat was not safe. We ended up moving anyways, obviously but she denied anyone who asked about what happened. I do not reccomend this flight unless you know you’re taking a bigger plane.
