I’m a frequent flyer of this company. From the 2008 to 2011, it was a disaster. But now it ok, if you are lucky, you can flight with austral and have audios and videos to play. But, in the long flights… god you don’t even get the chance to conect your tablet. Most of my flights were cancel due to strikes or weather conditions. What I can save from all this, it’s safety comes first.
