Aer Lingus review by Joseph 2016-03-20

Started a round-trip journey from Florida to tour Ireland with our high school band,
the trip and the food were great! (for airline food…)
We all had an amazing time in Ireland, and the whole experience aboard aer lingus made it that much more exciting!
However we did experience a MASSIVE issue as one of our bags had not come out of baggage claim and when we asked them if it was still on the plane or just being unloaded still, they said the plane’s luggage compartment was empty! We are 110% positive we saw it when we checked it in at the Dublin airport, so how could it have possibly gotten misplaced?!?!?! Aer Lingus lost some of our luggage and their customer service ( or whatever its called) responded by handing us one of those annoying luggage return forms…thanks so much for that!(sarcasm). Anyway, besides that issue, the travel was good, the attendants were very hospitable, and we had an awesome time performing in the St. Patrick’s Day parade on March 17, 2016!🍀
