Your article about the early B707 inaugural flights with TWA & AA was interesting, just how far we have come since those days.
Maybe you could find some interest in an article about the first intercontinental jet airliner, DH Comet, afterall it was in service years before B707, if it wasn’t for DHs lack of understanding of metal fatigue DH aeroplanes could be the dominant manufacturer today???
