Great website, I will be checking it prior to any flight bookings, and will make sure I leave my comments upon my return, we can all benefit from each others experience and keep the airlines honest.
I do have a question though, the ratings are e.g. 7/7 what exactly is this based on, it would give us a better idea on the overall safety of the airline researched.
EDITORS COMMENT: Thanks for your feedback. If you click on the numerical star rating a box will pop up outlining the safety criteria and product rating criteria – remember full service, low cost and regional airlines all have a different assessment criteria for product.
