    Have flown with British Airways numerous medium haul and long haul and have experienced top quality service and on the contrary with other airlines ie KLM and Alitalia and AirVFrance , BA has a fare better service and equipment. have noticed that you have not considered BA as a top airline,.

    BA score very well on our every day ratings for in flight product but Lufthasa got our award this year for best long haul airline Europe. They have more continuity across their long haul fleet than BA currently do which gave them the edge.
