A few things: firstly, congratulations on the launch of this incredibly useful business service. As I write this from Australia, I can speak firsthand on what a rabble the airline industry has become. My hope is that this eating service will get the airlines to be more competitive in their pricing and their services. Australians pay premium rates for air travel but often get second class service. There is no competitive market here, as witnessed by the duopoly of the airline industry, historically speaking with the Qantas/Ansett juggernaut and now the Qantas/Virgin juggernaut. The consumer in Australia is desperate for a change.
